The Police Sergeant position is responsible for leading a team of officers, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the safety and security of the community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patrol units and ensure efficient response times
- Train and mentor new officers
- Manage departmental budgets and resources

- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of law enforcement experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
