POLICE - Police Recruit

The Role

As a Police Recruit, you will perform essential law enforcement duties, including patrolling assigned areas, investigating criminal offenses and responding to calls for assistance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful attendance at a police academy, passing the TCOLE exam and completing field training.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A Valid Texas Driver License
• Ability to obtain TCOLE basic peace officer certification
• Pass a written examination and physical agility test
• Excellent communication skills
• 20/20 corrected vision
