Allied Universal® is seeking experienced Police Officers to join their Company Police Force in North Carolina. This position offers a rewarding career in a professional, state-compliant private police agency that prioritizes public safety.
Responsibilities
- Patrol hospital campuses and check property
- Conduct room searches and maintain order and public safety
- Issue traffic and parking citations, apprehend, question, and arrest suspects
- Collect and preserve evidence, conduct investigations, and respond to medical emergencies
- Assist in fire drills and building evacuations
- Provide security escorts for personnel and chauffeur division heads and visitors as needed
- Attend required training sessions and maintain proficiency in firearm use
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Currently sworn, non-retired Police Officer
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification
- North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement certification required
- Licenses subject to state/local laws and regulations
- Maintain required level of proficiency in firearm use
Requirements
- Ability to work in various environments, including cold weather, rain/snow, and heat
- Occasional lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds
- Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shifts
- Standing or walking on various surfaces for long periods

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $35.19 per hour.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Daytime, Saturday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Sunday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
