Education, Experience, or Certification

- Have a minimum of two years of full-time continuous military service
- Be currently enrolled in a TCOLE-approved law enforcement academy
- Be a full-time employee with the City of Missouri City
- Have two years of full-time experience as a jailer or detention officer for a municipal or county agency
- Have two years of full-time experience as a 911 dispatcher for a municipal or county agency
