Responsibilities

• Protect company assets
• Maintain an accurate bank and ensure all assets are guarded and protected at all times
• Assist the supervisor in the fulfillment of all guest service needs including host, cashier, creation of player club cards, and managing waiting lists
• Exhibit a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and an ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors
• Take and place food orders with the necessary follow-up to ensure that the order arrives timely and is accurate
• Handle cash and chip transactions in an accurate and efficient manner
• Use computers for inputting data
• Demonstrate knowledge of all poker games

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
• Previous dealing experience or completion of dealing school required
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English
• Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing
• Strong general mathematical skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, and continuously use hands
• Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

Familiarity with Excel and Word is a plus.
