What You Will Do

• Enthusiastically engage with guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining as they leave
• Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community
• Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
• Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations
• Maintain proper phone etiquette and perform reservation call-backs
• Manage reservations and walk-ins in the reservation system
• Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server
• Perform other tasks as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• An excellent service attitude and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests
• Experience using booking software a plus (Sevenrooms is a bonus!)
• Ability to excel and remain composed in high-pressure, high-intensity environments
• A professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual demeanor
• Pride in personal style and appearance
• The drive to provide exceptional service
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Must be able to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time
• Ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform
