Essential Job Functions

• Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards. Overall appearance is to be immaculate and nametags are to be worn at all times, and ensure that the Security Department Team adhere to the same standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times
• Be aware of and handle guest opportunities
• Maintain daily log, i.e. time clocks, sign-in sheets when available
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal labor laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and guidelines
• Perform the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations
• Handle guest transactions and notify Poker Supervisor of any irregularities while advising a Poker Supervisor, Dual-Role Poker Supervisor, Poker Shift Manager or Dual-Role Poker Shift Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer
• Manage gaming chips, collect rake and distribute winning pot according to house rules in an accurate manner
• Occasionally serve as a Chip Runner
• Support and maintain the Casino guest service standards at all times while promoting outstanding guest relations

• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Must have 6 months of dealing experience in the last 5 years
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
