Schedule

This position follows a variable weekday schedule requiring 24 hours per week, worked as three 8-hour shifts. The employee's days of the week preferences will be taken into consideration; however, at times flexibility is required to meet business deadlines and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Review and label clinical data looking for alignment and agreement, assist with SME evaluation of annotations, evaluate model results, and other complex human-data intensive tasks ensuring timely and correct results.
  • Provide PCC subject matter expertise, such as workflows, as a clinician who has documented in the EHR.
  • Help resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts regarding clinically labeled data.
  • Interact with research staff, product and other stakeholders to support the team in discovering requirements and to educate technical and non-technical audiences about complex clinical aspects of AI solutions.
  • Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams such as senior model development researchers, Product Leaders and AI UXR/UXD researchers.

Requirements

  • RN or NP Degree and valid current license.
  • 7+ years of Nursing experience. Preference to LTPAC and management experience.
  • Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background.
  • A strong understanding of common AI phenomena such as hallucinations, omissions and other terminology such as LLM, NLP, ML.
  • Experience and familiarity in using PCC products.
  • Experience and familiarity with using data labeling software.
  • Ability to perform extensive data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods of time when needed.
  • Understands statistical measures to help drive interannotator agreement.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies and systems.
  • Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts differentiating them into categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and drive consensus among other SMEs of varying specialties and levels of expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

This is a contract role paid at an hourly rate of $85 - $90 USD per hour, with an additional 4% per hour in lieu of benefits or paid time off.
