About the Role

Team members collaborate to create innovative audio storytelling that supports financial literacy and positive change.

Responsibilities

• Produce audio or video podcasts, ideally in an interview format
• Run studio recording sessions independently, including guest coordination and technical setup
• Manage podcast hosting and distribution platforms (e.g., Megaphone) and handle basic episode metadata (titles, descriptions, chapters)
• Apply strong editorial judgment and writing skills for outlines, scripts, and episode copy
• Work with social clip review and content workflows
• Maintain a recurring weekly schedule with fixed deadlines

Requirements

• Experience producing audio or video podcasts, preferably in an interview format
• Comfortable running a studio recording session independently, including guest coordination and technical setup
• Familiarity with podcast hosting/distribution platforms (e.g., Megaphone) and basic episode metadata (titles, descriptions, chapters)
• Strong editorial judgment and writing skills for outlines, scripts, and episode copy
• Experience with or working knowledge of social clip review and content workflows
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a recurring weekly schedule with fixed deadlines
