Our client runs a top-tier business podcast on a mission to become the best in the world. They profile exceptional founders and tell the stories behind their companies. Hosted by a prominent figure featured in Forbes, USA Today, and Yahoo Finance, the platform boasts over 500K combined followers and more than 50M views across major platforms.

About the role

This is not a traditional administrative role. As the Guest Booker, your singular focus and KPI is getting relevant founders and high-profile operators into the chair. Your job is to build target lists, own end-to-end outreach, and find creative, relentless ways to get hard-to-reach people to say yes. Cold outreach does not scare you, and a gatekeeper's rejection is simply your starting position.

Responsibilities

• Build the target list of founders and operators worth featuring, and own outreach to them end-to-end including the entry point, pitch, follow-up, and close.
• Find a way in when there is no obvious path, navigating gatekeepers and turning rejections into opportunities.
• Track what target guests are doing such as launches, raises, press, and conference appearances to time your outreach for maximum impact.
• Deploy creative, memorable, and unconventional outreach methods to secure replies from high-profile individuals.
• Manage your own outreach pipeline and reporting systems to ensure zero drop-off in communication.

Requirements

• Ideally possesses direct guest booking experience for TV, news, media, or podcasts.
• Background in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, sales development (SDR), media, or business environments.
• Relentlessly resourceful and fully self-managing with a proven ability to deliver results independently.
• Dynamic, social, and genuinely energized by the chase of pitching and connecting with hard-to-reach individuals.
• Confident problem solver with the certainty that you will do whatever it takes to achieve the desired outcome.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Pay

$80,000 to $120,000/year USD + performance bonuses

Full-Time, Remote (to eventually transition to in-office in NYC)
