Podcast & Content Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead the production of In Good Company: Age Better from planning to publication
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, community leaders, business owners, and other inspiring guests
• Record, edit, and publish professional-quality podcast episodes
• Create engaging video clips, graphics, and promotional content for social media
• Manage Haven's social media channels and content calendar
• Develop creative campaigns that support our home health, hospice, and private duty services
• Monitor podcast and social media performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Help expand Haven's reach through strategic partnerships and community engagement

What We're Looking For

• Experience producing podcasts, video, or digital content
• Strong video editing, audio editing, and content creation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Creativity balanced with strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Passion for storytelling and creating content that makes a difference
