Pneumatic and Electrical Technician

Duties and Responsibility

• Frequently uses hand tools to install parts according to blueprints
• Performs tasks involving attaching electrical/wire boxes to appropriate places on trailers, retrieving appropriate lights and plugging them into the wire, placing and pushing grommets onto trailers, etc.
• Bolts, clips, screws or otherwise fastens parts together
• Frequently lifts and carries up to 50 lbs
• Occasionally uses a two-man lift of material weighing more than 50 lbs
• Frequently uses hand and power tools to saw, cut or drill from material
• Other duties as assigned

  Requirements

  • Proficient with hand tools
  • Must pass a Plumbing & Electrical Written Test
  • Crane certified (training provided by Manac)
  • Able to read blueprints
  • Self-motivated
  • Safety conscious
  • Good attendance record
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
