About the role

NewtonThrust is an international business system with validated operational, technological, and commercial processes, currently scaling on high-value projects with a planned launch for November '26. The R&D Team consists of C-Level and Sub C-Level figures operating directly on system execution, contributing measurably to value generation. The model includes participation up to 40% of the net profit generated by the business volume. This is not a salaried position nor a standard collaboration. It is a high-responsibility operational context for profiles capable of executing, optimizing, and directly impacting system results.

Who we are looking for

PMO - USA – Minimum 4 hours per day (20h/week) - Total flexibility based on KPIs, performance, and measurable results.

Key qualifications

• Consolidated experience as PMO, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Operations Manager in technology, international, or high-growth contexts, ideally in R&D, startup, or distributed organizations.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and complex simultaneous projects, overseeing Product Managers, TPMs, and operational teams with high quality standards.
• Experience building and optimizing organizational processes, workflows, roadmaps, and tracking systems, with good knowledge of tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Ability to manage milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, and to operate as a coordination point between business, operations, engineering, and design.
• Leadership and decision-making ability, results-oriented, and capable of working in high-intensity environments while maintaining control and precision.
• Experience in onboarding, selection, and scaling of international teams (preferential advantage), including ability to coordinate distributed teams between the United States and Europe.
• Experience producing strategic reports and operational documentation, with good communication skills and ability to interface with C-level figures.
• Basic understanding of product management, UX, and software development dynamics.
• Real time availability and concrete commitment to project development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Project Management department of NewtonThrust, overseeing Product Managers, Technical Project Managers, and Project Managers, and serve as a bridge between Strategic Direction, Governance & Roadmap, Execution, and Operations layers.
• Ensure roadmap progress according to milestones, KPIs, and strategic priorities, monitoring tasks, performance, and bottlenecks, intervening on operational criticalities.
• Manage project management and reporting tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Asana or similar), keeping tracking systems and internal documentation up to date and reliable.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new team members, and collaborate on selection and development of talent for the R&D team, including internationally.
• Facilitate collaboration between European and American teams, leveraging time zone differences to increase operational continuity.
• Produce periodic reports and analyses for General Manager, CBO, COO, CTO, CPO on project progress, performance, and KPIs.
• Support TPMs and Product Managers in managing cross-team dependencies and defining priorities.
• Contribute to defining SOPs, guidelines, and organizational standards, optimizing internal processes and workflows.

Language requirements: Italian written and spoken (mandatory), English written and spoken (fluent).

Operational roadmap

The roadmap is structured as a progressive execution pipeline. Full system development is not required to start generating results; the approach is based on incremental activation and immediate operational contribution.

Phase 1 — Activation of existing commercial processes (ongoing)
The system uses an already operational database containing all high-value automotive supply chain actors. Commercial and bureaucratic processes are already standardized and allow immediate execution of operations. The technological component already supports active commercial activities, making immediate operational impact possible.

Phase 2 — B2C expansion and B2B database consolidation
The B2C phase enables the generation of new activations and licenses, resulting in growth of the operational database. This process strengthens the Sales structure and prepares the systematic conversion of the B2B database into an active asset. The focus is on increasing operational capacity and system density.

Phase 3 — MVP integration and full system release
The MVP integrates all technological and operational modules into a single multi-channel infrastructure. The resulting system is fully scalable and ready for global operations. The R&D team directly contributes to optimization and delivery of results on a global scale.
