Overview
This role will support the TPM / Global Procurement PMO with PM tool ownership, PMO analytics reporting, and process improvement recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as PMO Analyst for the team, consisting of two primary functions: System Operations / Projects and Flexible Consulting Capacity, which supports major workstreams and ad hoc strategic projects.
- Sit on the Operational side of the organization and serve as the primary owner of the internal PM Tool / Projects.
- Leverage AI tools (such as Cursor) to build lightweight agents, automate dashboards, and make small configurations, while dedicated IT teams handle coding and platform development or the PM tool.
- Use data to prioritize initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and determine how the System Management Office can accelerate business value.
- Operate as an agent of change and optimization for the tool and PMO, taking ownership and identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience that includes a consulting background, PMO analytics, and PM/PPM tool ownership is required.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills are required.
- BI tool experience is required.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to automate work processes is required.
Pay
Up to $70/hour W2.
Duration
6 months -- with intent on contract to hire based on performance and headcount approval.
