About The Job
The FP&A Analyst coordinates and supports the business in providing actionable information (including analysis, reporting, pro formas) to support operational and strategic decision making. Provides analytical and consultative support to operations management and key stakeholders. Analyzes diverse sets of data including financial, operational, clinical and economic, to support strategic and operational decisions. Interprets financial or other information on costs, prices, expenses, revenues and various clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of expense budgets for various functions within our organization, influencing profitability and supporting strategic investment decisions
- Manages and maintains accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners, ensuring timely input into our system
- Navigates complex interdependencies to streamline our forecasting processes effectively
- Provides detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary
- Maintains close communication with business partners to ensure alignment with budgets, forecasts, and financial goals
- Drives efficiency and accuracy improvements in forecasting processes, from data collection to analysis
- Ensures stakeholders are informed and aligned with any changes affecting their areas of responsibility
- Completes month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis
- Prepares financial summaries for leadership presentations, including budget updates and forecasts
- Develops high-quality leadership reporting, offering actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years’ experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Netsuite experience preferred
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts

Pay Range
Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
