Job Requirements
- Reports to: Parking Coordinator
- DOL Status: Part-Time
- Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt
- General Summary: Responsible for directing traffic, handling cash, providing customer service, and implementing safety guidelines.
- Job Duties:
- Demonstrates and embodies PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
- Greets patrons and directs them to a designated parking site.
- Serves as a resource to guests regarding the facility and its events.
- Maintains proper image and generates positive public relations through effective communication.
- Attempts to resolve parking problems or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responds to and takes instruction from designated Parking Coordinator and Security personnel.
- Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills for prompt and professional communication with patrons and maintaining open channels with department and supervisory personnel.
- Analytical ability to determine appropriate parking locations and resolve traffic control issues.
- Ability to respond to customer needs and portray a positive company image.
- Standing and stationary ability required for prolonged shifts.
- Normal range of hearing and vision necessary for communication and observation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent exposure to large crowds, loud noise, extreme weather conditions, heat, and cold.
- Verbal communication and problem-solving skills necessary.
- A long attention span for listening and bringing issues to a successful conclusion.
- Exposure to large volumes of vehicular traffic and fumes.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedule.
