Parking Attendant
Job Summary
The Parking Attendant will play a vital role in creating a First-Class Guest Experience for all guests. This position helps ensure the smooth and efficient flow of traffic into and out of designated parking areas around State Farm Stadium. This role involves providing friendly, helpful service, offering direction, and ensuring safe and organized lot operations. This Position will be outdoors working in all weather conditions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations.
- Aid guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining answers to any guest inquiries.
- Assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in their lot, which may include barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (Unless currently enrolled)
- Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environment or another similar industry experience
