PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner), Full-Time

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois licensure in good standing as Advanced Practice Nurse and RN.
• National certification as Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Training (ANCC).
• Board Certified (or elligibility to obtain) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner -- PMHNP-BC.
• CPR certification must be maintained (BLS).
• Based on prescriptive authority, active Mid-level Practitioner Controlled Substance License and DEA License a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years previous experience in behavioral health nursing is required.
