Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Full Time

About the role

Serenity Healthcare is a physician‑owned and led group operating in 8 states and 36 locations, focused on patient outcomes and provider support. The practice utilizes Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy in addition to medication management to achieve high response and remission rates. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) you will work in an outpatient‑only setting with strong clinical and administrative support.

Pay

• $150,000 base salary + incentives
• Realistic total compensation of $300,000+

Schedule

• Flexible schedule: 3 × 13‑hour shifts per week
• No call. Ever. Outpatient‑only practice

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain one
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
