Pay

$150,000 base salary + incentives. Realistic total compensation of $300,000+.

Schedule

• No call. Ever.
• Outpatient‑only practice.
• 8:1 staff‑to‑physician ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support.
• Flexible schedule (3 13‑hour shifts per week).

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
