They utilize TMS and IV ketamine therapy in addition to medication management to achieve amazing response and remission rates with patients.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay

• $150,000 base salary + incentives
• Realistic total compensation of $300,000+
