Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Full Time

About the role

Serenity Healthcare is a physician‑owned and led group operating in 8 states with 36 locations, focused on patient outcomes and provider support. The practice utilizes Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy alongside medication management to achieve high response and remission rates. As a PMHNP you would provide medication management, TMS, and IV ketamine therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication management for psychiatric patients
• Administer Brainsway Deep TMS therapy
• Administer IV ketamine therapy

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Pay

$150,000 base salary + incentives; realistic total compensation of $300,000+

Schedule

• Flexible schedule: 3 × 13‑hour shifts per week
• No call, ever
• Outpatient‑only practice
