Description Join Our Team at Casa Grande Academy Casa Grande Academy is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated 1099 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting adolescents through high-quality behavioral health care. Position Summary The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and collaborative care for clients within a therapeutic and academic setting. This role works closely with therapists, medical staff, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive mental health support. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluationsDiagnose and treat mental health conditionsPrescribe and monitor psychiatric medicationsDevelop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with clinical and educational teamsMaintain accurate and timely documentationProvide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and medicationsParticipate in case consultations and team meetings Requirements Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in NursingCurrent PMHNP certificationActive Arizona RN and APRN licensure (or eligibility)DEA license and prescriptive authorityExperience working with adolescents or behavioral health populations preferredStrong communication and collaboration skills
