About the role
This position serves as a key leader in project management and holds responsibility for supervising multiple projects simultaneously. The PMH Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations, ensures project timelines and budgets are met, and provides guidance and support to team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or mental health settings preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical standards in project management

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The PMH Supervisor works a standard Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evening and weekend work required based on project needs.
