• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (or related specialty)
• Fellowship‑trained in Interventional Pain, Spine, or a related discipline
• Interest in joining an independent, physician‑led practice

Clinical Scope

The PM&R/Interventional Pain physician will address the region’s growing demand for non‑operative musculoskeletal, spine, and pain‑management services. The final clinical mix will be tailored to the physician’s training, experience, procedural capabilities, and the needs of the practice and patient population.

• Epidural Steroid Injections
• Facet Injections
• Medial Branch Blocks
• Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA)
• Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injections
• Peripheral Joint Injections
• Ultrasound‑Guided Procedures
• EMG & Nerve Conduction Studies
• Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials and Management (if within approved scope)
• Additional non‑operative spine and musculoskeletal procedures consistent with training and expertise
