PM Line Cook @ Wild Spring Dunes
About the role
This isn't just another kitchen job – you're joining the opening team of a brand-new resort. We're building our kitchen from the ground up, which means you'll help establish the standards, systems, and culture from day one. You'll likely be working primarily on the griddle and fryer, crafting dishes that showcase quality ingredients in a setting where golf meets wilderness. Being part of an opening team means extra responsibility, but also the chance to shape how things work rather than just following someone else's playbook.
Wild Spring Dunes will be a premier public golf resort and refuge where world-class golf meets unparalleled accommodations and homesites. Wild Spring Dunes is located in historic East Texas, two hours from both Dallas and Houston, and 25 minutes from nearby Nacogdoches.
