Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high quality dishes using fresh ingredients through various preparation methods.
- Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes.
- Prepare all mise en place for all relevant menus.
- Comply with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
- Aid other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships.
- Be aware of department targets and goals and strive to achieve them as part of the culinary team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Pay & Schedule
- This is a full-time, year-round position.
- Flexible schedule (PM shift), with holidays and weekends required.
