PM Line Cook - Cassique @ Kiawah Island Club

About the role

We are hiring passionate and professional line cooks for the dinner shift at the Cassique clubhouse, part of the Kiawah Island Club. Cassique has two dining venues, as well as unique culinary events featuring live open fire cooking.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable meals in a brand-new showcase kitchen using the freshest ingredients and time-tested techniques with the latest technology.
• Work closely with Executive Chef Michael O'Shaughnessy and other team members to prepare and serve high-quality food.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance career growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary arts and food preparation.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay

This position's hourly rate range is $21.00-$28.00 per hour + 4% BOH Food Sales Commission (BOH tips).
