About the role
The Line Cook is the principal restaurant and room service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, service cook. The Line Cook ensures that all food is consistently and properly prepared in a timely manner, and is of the finest quality. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment.
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required
- ServSafe or equivalent food certification preferred but not required
- Availability of 2pm–11pm required (dinner shift)
- Weekend availability required
Pay
$18 – $19 per hour
