Key Responsibilities
- Approach every delivery with a warm, positive attitude, ensuring each guest feels valued and enjoys a seamless in-room dining experience.
- Promptly deliver Room Service orders to guest rooms, ensuring all items meet presentation standards.
- Garnish and decorate dishes, brew coffee, toss salads, and portion desserts to elevate the guest experience.
- Remain responsive to guests' needs during delivery, addressing requests and providing friendly service.
- Complete side work tasks to support Room Service operations and assist team members as needed.
