About the role

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Duties include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and serving as the face of Hyatt. This role also involves answering incoming calls to the resort, requiring excellent phone demeanor and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Responsibilities

• Bringing your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts
• Increasing guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests
• Taking ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out
• Taking care of internal as well as external phone calls
• Addressing guest complaints and requests in a timely manner
• Being pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays
• Previous front desk agent experience is a plus
• Good typing skills and a pleasant attitude
