Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations, and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work on your feet for several hours.
• Ability to carry trays, dishes, and bus tubs safely.
• Good communication and teamwork with servers, hosts, cooks, and managers.
• Fast-paced work ability — especially during busy meal periods.
• Basic cleanliness and organization — clearing tables, wiping them down, resetting them, and keeping the dining area stocked.
• Customer-service skills — being polite and helpful to guests.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
