Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, including joints, valves, drains, and pumps
• Install new plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, and sump pumps
• Respond to and troubleshoot problems, providing cost estimates
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance as required
• Support the customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
• Collaborate with the service team and supply houses for materials and pricing
• Educate and train the sales and service team to improve their plumbing knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial service plumbing
• Ability to work independently and think outside the box for long-term solutions
• Knowledge of regulations within the plumbing industry
• Proficiency in using hand and power plumbing tools
• Demonstrated customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid and clean Driver’s License

Weekend on-call rotation may be required.
