Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems
• Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment solutions
• Educate homeowners on maintenance, system care, and upgrade options
• Use modern tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Represent AllTech with professionalism, integrity, and pride

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Comfort working with modern plumbing tools and systems
• Clear, professional communication with customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas
• A mindset that values quality, accountability, and growth

Pay

Top pay with invoice profit sharing — no cap, weekly pay via direct deposit, and flexible schedules: 2, 3, 4, or 5-day workweeks
