Responsibilities

• Go out to resident's homes to diagnose problems
• Replace parts
• Repair fixtures
• Repair and replace water heaters

Qualifications

• Current plumbing license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Availability for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule
• Backflow certified is a plus, but not required
• Take pride in your work
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical things in layman's terms
• Friendly and able to establish a good rapport with people easily
• Present yourself professionally
• Respectful of others and their property
• Self-motivated
• Goal-oriented and interested in a long-term and successful plumbing career
• Ready to enjoy coming to work each day

Pay & Benefits

• $50,000–$100,000/year including commissions and bonuses
• Company pays 50% of employees' health insurance
• 2% match healthcare
• 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company

Schedule

• Typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• One weekend on call each month
