Plumbing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide regular updates and address any concerns.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage billing to ensure profitability.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including field plumbers and other staff.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Enforce strict quality control standards and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Minimum of [5] years of experience in plumbing project management, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of plumbing systems, blueprints, and construction processes.
