About the role

As a Plumbing Project Lead, you will perform plumbing-related tasks including water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets), drain cleaning, and competent use of conventional sewer machines. This position will also act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Prepping cast iron systems with Picote mini and maxi
• Jetting lines
• Maintaining all equipment
• Completing a thorough process of lining and coating
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers
• Conducting thorough inspections and providing accurate quotes for replacements or repairs
• Performing leak location and repair

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of plumbing (preferred but not required)
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service on the jobsite
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet climates depending on the weather
