Plumbing Parts Runner

About the role

At Heritage Home Service, we're seeking a Plumbing Parts Runner to support our busy plumbers in the field. This role involves delivering parts and equipment to technicians at job sites and coordinating with the warehouse and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver plumbing parts and equipment to technicians at job sites across the service area
• Pick up urgent parts from local suppliers and vendors as needed
• Cook up closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to prioritize and schedule runs
• Help check in and stage equipment for upcoming jobs
• Aid with light warehouse tasks as needed (inventory, organizing stock)
• Keep detailed records of deliveries and pickups
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the delivery vehicle

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Age 21 or over
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment or boxes (up to 50 lbs)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with plumbing or trades-related parts is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

This is not a traditional warehouse job. While some inventory handling is involved, your day will be centered around coordinating with our warehouse team, picking up and delivering parts locally, and supporting our plumbers in the field.
