Plumbing Mechanic
About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Must possess a valid state license.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair water supply and drainage systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to local building codes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state plumbing license
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
- Experience with plumbing fixtures and fittings
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
