About the role

Sobieski New Homes is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new residential constructions, including underground, rough-in, and final stages. They will also assist in training plumbing helpers.

Responsibilities

  • Install plumbing systems in new residential constructions
  • Work closely with construction teams to ensure quality installations
  • Train and mentor plumbing helpers
  • Work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with occasional overtime during peak periods

Qualifications

  • Licensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred)
  • 3+ years of new home construction experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints
  • Knowledge of applicable state codes
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and career-minded
  • Enjoyment of mentoring others
  • Respectful attitude towards colleagues and property
  • Effective teamwork skills
