About the role
Sobieski New Homes is seeking a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new residential constructions, including underground, rough-in, and final stages. They will also assist in training plumbing helpers.
Responsibilities
- Install plumbing systems in new residential constructions
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure quality installations
- Train and mentor plumbing helpers
- Work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with occasional overtime during peak periods
Qualifications
- Licensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred)
- 3+ years of new home construction experience
- Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and career-minded
- Enjoyment of mentoring others
- Respectful attitude towards colleagues and property
- Effective teamwork skills
