Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing and HVAC technicians across two production lines
- Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Drive daily production targets, ensuring schedule adherence and labor efficiency
- Maintain workflow and eliminate bottlenecks to support continuous line movement
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing and HVAC system issues
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, NEC standards, company policies, and VBC quality expectations
- Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation
- Utilize systems including ACC, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and outside contractors
- Support capital projects, installations, and system upgrades
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
- Train, coach, and mentor team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful module completion
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred
- 5+ years of plumbing and/or HVAC experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Pay
$40.32 – $44.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
