Responsibilities
- Manage daily field activities across multiple job sites, supervising crews, subcontractors, and operational resources.
- Cookordination construction activities with builders, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project completion.
- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate execution and material planning.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and delivery of materials to support project timelines.
- Monitor labor utilization, costs, and operational performance to ensure profitability and adherence to safety and building standards.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve operational issues, and maintain quality control.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of residential plumbing experience with leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, blueprints, and safety standards.
