Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to diagnose plumbing concerns and present repair and replacement solutions
• Educate customers on plumbing systems, products, and service options
• Build trust and deliver a world-class customer experience
• Drive revenue through ethical, solutions-based sales
• Create accurate estimates and recommendations using Service Titan
• Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales and performance goals
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and follow-through throughout the customer journey

Requirements

• 1+ year of residential plumbing experience
• Great sales experience with proven record
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication

Pay

$150,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential
