$60,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no weekends)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews across multiple projects
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and code requirements
• Maintain strong communication with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Enforce safety standards and job site compliance
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing and installation issues
• Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
• Support hiring, training, and team growth

Requirements

• Experience leading plumbing crews or field teams
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
• Experience working with GCs and subcontractors (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18
