An experienced Plumbing Estimator is needed to join a collaborative estimating team at a reputable mechanical contractor in the Boston Metro area. The company specializes in HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, and Process Piping, and is known for its strong backlog of work and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Read construction drawings and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs and vendor pricing
• Prepare complete bids
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Use QuoteExpress or similar takeoff software (optional)

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, vendor pricing, and bid preparation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with QuoteExpress or similar takeoff software (optional)
