About the role

An experienced Plumbing Estimator is needed to join a collaborative estimating team at a reputable contractor in the Boston Metro area. The ideal candidate will contribute to winning significant commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Read construction drawings and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs and vendor pricing
• Prepare complete bids
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Use QuoteExpress or similar takeoff software (optional)

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, vendor pricing, and complete bid preparation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Plus, if you have more experience, consider applying for a Sr. Estimator role
