Plumbing Drain Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential drain and sewer issues
  • Perform professional drain cleaning using industry-standard equipment, including Cable machines and rooters
  • Hydro-jetting and advanced clearing methods (as applicable)
  • Identify root causes of blockages, backups, and slow drains—not just the symptoms
  • Perform basic drain and piping repairs or replacements when needed
  • Conduct system evaluations and clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential drain cleaning or plumbing service (drain-focused experience strongly preferred)
  • Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with homeowners
  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
  • Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
