PLUMBING DISPATCHER

Proline Plumbing & Sewer is seeking a dependable and organized Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves coordinating service calls, scheduling jobs, and supporting field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multi-line phone systems, processing invoices, pulling permits, and providing soft quotes over the phone. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. This position also includes light administrative tasks and support with day-to-day office operations.
