What You Will Do

• Handle a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing.
• Diagnose leaks and other problems.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and educate homeowners.
• Work alongside HVAC and Electrician professionals.
• Provide customers with quality options and close calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A polite manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing.
• Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.

Pay

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $100k–$175k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
