Plumbing Assistant

Duties And Responsibilities

• Travel to a customer’s home on a pre-set appointment.
• Build rapport with homeowners and professionally represent the Company.
• Exhibit clear communication skills during homeowner interactions.
• Must be available to work at 7am, and work until manager/dispatcher dismisses you for the day.
• Sometimes required to work weekends and evenings on call.
• Installing our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals.
• Installation, Maintenance, and repair of plumbing for both residential/commercial.
• Participate in weekly meetings at the shop.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing service and installation experience for at least 1 year.
• Loads and delivers materials to work site.
• Performs set up and clean up tasks at the work site.
• Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures.
• Detail-oriented, organized and proficient.
• Willing to work in all types of weather.
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Working Conditions

• Lifting heavy objects.
• Walking and standing for long periods of time.
• Performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Pushing, pulling, or carrying objects.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
• Requires entry into some tight spaces.

Pay And Benefits

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location. What We Provide:
